Scientifically production enterprise «Svit» was created in 1995 year with the purpose of building and next exploitation of habitation. For this time it was succeeded to form the capable collective of highly skilled specialists, provided with a modern technique, machines, mechanisms an enterprise, able to execute buildings and installation works on a high professional level with the use of modern technological decisions.
     Scientifically production enterprise «Svit» works after programm of youth housing building. For this time about 130 young families got the apartments. The almost 40 thousand square meters of habitation and objects of social sphere are handed over in exploitation in Lviv. In the stage of building a housing quarter is for the street of Schurata - J.Lenon by the general area of 17 000 square meters habitations. In 2001 scientifically production enterprise «Svit» for a ponderable contribution to development of youth housing building got a recipient of an award Deed of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
     The statutory broker of Ukraine on building and architecture in 2002 rewarded scientifically production enterprise «Svit» by Diploma of ІІІ degree of winner of competition on the best houses and complexes of dwelling-civil building, built and accepted in exploitation in 2001 in Ukraine. In 2005 by Committee of Supreme Soviet of Ukraine on the questions of building, transport, housing communal economy and connection and Ministry of building, architecture and housing communal economy an enterprise is a recipient of an award a difference «Leader of building and architecture» and rewarded by Diploma for a ponderable contribution to development of building and architecture of Ukraine.
     In 2006 scientifically production enterprise «Svit» became the participant of competition «House-2006» within the limits of European Region «Bug» on the best structure and investment the «Crystal brick», which passed in Lyublin, Poland.
     In 2007 year Ministry of regional development and building of Ukraine rewarded director Tereshko Roman Pavlovych by a breastplate the «Honoured worker of building and architecture» of II degree, and workers of scientifically production enterprise «Svit» were got by diplomas for long-term conscientious fruitful labour, high professionalism, ponderable personal.
     Scientifically production enterprise «Svit» does not stop on reached and foresees such plans in the activity, as: building of new objects, bringing in of investment money, expansion of spectrum of build services and works, and development of housing building in Lviv; planning and building of two houses on the street of J.Lennon. Experience and knowledge of specialists of enterprise, professionalism, responsibility for clients help to realize the most difficult plans and projects.
